Privacy
We collect only what is needed to operate your participation.
What we keep
Your email, image, participation number and X/Y coordinates, payment and moderation status, the optional name or nickname you choose and, if you enter a promotional draw, your entry choice and country of residence. Limited technical data may also be kept for security. We do not store your full bank-card number.
What becomes public
If your image is approved, it appears in the fresco with its number and coordinates. Your name or nickname is public only if you do not choose anonymity. Your email and payment information are never displayed.
Why
We use this data for payment, cell allocation, moderation, publication in the fresco, number/coordinate search, emails and certificates, and site security. We do not sell it.
How long
A rejected image is deleted from moderation storage after processing. An approved image and its coordinates remain in the fresco while the project is online, subject to your rights and legal duties. Your email is kept for no more than 3 years after the last useful interaction. Accounting records are kept for the statutory period and technical logs for no more than 12 months unless an incident requires longer.
Cookies and providers
The site uses only technical elements required for the session and language choice. It does not use advertising cookies. The hosting, payment and email providers may process only the data required to provide their services.
Your rights
Where the law allows, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing. Contact us with your participation number or coordinates so we can identify the right contribution.
Optional link
If you enable the Link option, we store the URL you provide with your contribution so it can be moderated and published with your pixel. Once approved, that URL becomes public and can be opened by clicking the pixel title. If the contribution or link is rejected, the link is not made public.
Publication country
The country you select in the form is stored with your contribution. Once approved, it is public in the detailed pixel view with its flag and is used for country statistics. No automatic IP-based geolocation is used to determine this country. The flag is not included in the PDF certificate.
Promotional draw
If you voluntarily enter a promotional draw, we store that choice, the country already selected in the main form and, where applicable, winner status. The same country is used to determine whether the entry checkbox can be enabled for the European Union; no second country is requested. These data are used to manage eligibility, prevent multiple chances for one person and exclude winners from later draws.

Charitable giving and personal data
The scheme donates 33% of profit after expenses to a charity drawn without replacement for each 50,000-pixel milestone. Only the charity list is used in the draw. No buyer names, emails, photos or other personal data are shared with charities under this scheme. Internal sales references determine milestones and amounts. The date, beneficiary and administrator ID are retained with management records for the applicable accounting-record retention period, accessible only to authorised persons. Charity links lead to third-party websites with their own privacy policies.
